Bhatti GI is developing a new 30,000 SF medical facility. The centerpiece is a state-of-the-art surgery center consisting of 5 operatories on the top floor. The second floor shall be clinic space with 2 levels of parking both subterranean and at grade level. Completion is scheduled for fall 2023. Bhatti GI is excited to create an offering on the Fairview Southdale campus for the growing healthcare needs of the community as well as creating an easily accessible location in the heart of the Fairview Southdale Hospital Campus.
